34 foot speed agility ladder comes with a good quality nylon carry bag, two integrated attached cinch straps to keep your ladder 100% tangle free, and a get you started speed drills DVD. The ladders can be used as two separate 17 foot ladders or you can lay them down back to back creating one long 34 foot speed drill line (can be connect with integrated cinch strap). It can also be used for double drills by laying the ladders down side by side. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Super strong. Each 17 foot section has high quality plastic rungs spaced approx. 20 inches apart. The plastic rungs are flat (no ankle rollover). They are adjustable but will not move out of place during normal use. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. The ladder has rubber ends on the rungs which helps the ladder to not slide out of place. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder, even cleats. Good for all sports. The DVD shows 2 college athletes demonstrating 20 of the latest Speed drills. DVD was produced by the college athletes. This is not a commercial video however it does a nice job showing you 20 of the drills they do in their training. This DVD is a free bonus with the purchase of the speed ladder. This ladder is not as heavy duty as a NFL TEAMS ladder would be. A 34 foot ladder like theirs would cost $110 and up. The vast majority of user do not need a ladder that heavy duty nor do they want to spend $110 for a 34 foot speed ladder. Our ladder is a quality ladder with a price you can afford.
